El br\u00f3coli, la coliflor, el kale y la col de bruselas son parte de esta familia de verduras. Las cruc\u00edferas \u201cayudan a que nuestro organismo genere a nivel end\u00f3geno sustancias que facilitan la antioxidaci\u00f3n\u201d, dice la nutri\u00f3loga. Sus nutrientes se aprovechan mejor si estas verduras son consumidas al vapor.<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate. Tiene flavonoides, sustancias que protegen las c\u00e9lulas. Para obtener sus beneficios, consumir unos 15 gramos diarios de chocolate negro con al menos 70% de cacao y sin az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Huevo.
